Privacy policy

Updated 18 October 2026

A short, plain-language account of the data I receive when you contact me through this website, why I need it and what you can do about it.

  1. 01

    Who is responsible

    TaktLine is an independent software development studio. I personally receive and handle your enquiries. For any question about your data, write to taktline.dev@gmail.com.

  2. 02

    What I receive

    Through the form on this website you send:

    • your name or how to address you;
    • a contact to reply to: email, Telegram or phone;
    • the task description you write yourself;
    • the language of the page the request came from.
  3. 03

    Why

    Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss the task and prepare a proposal. I do not send newsletters, sell data or share it with anyone for advertising.

    By sending the form you consent to this. If we go on to agree on a project, the data is needed to prepare and perform the contract.

  4. 04

    Where it is kept

    The website has no database. A request passes through Cloudflare hosting and reaches me as a Telegram message. Only I have access to it. If you write to me directly on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email, that service handles the data under its own terms.

    Like any host, Cloudflare technically processes IP addresses and browser data to serve the website and protect it from attacks and spam.

  5. 05

    How long

    For as long as we are in touch about the enquiry or the project. If no work follows, I delete the conversation within a year, or sooner on request.

  6. 06

    Cookies and analytics

    The website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser only briefly keeps a technical flag for the page transition animation. It holds nothing about you and is never sent anywhere.

  7. 07

    Your rights

    At any time you can:

    • ask what data I hold about you and get a copy;
    • have inaccurate data corrected;
    • have your data deleted or withdraw your consent;
    • complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority of your country.
  8. 08

    Changes

    If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
